Grahame Tilley and Will Tregurtha make GT Cup return with Lamborghini in 2025

 

The pair will add to an increasingly-exciting entry list ahead of the new-format GT Cup season, competing for Group GTC honours with a Triple M-run Lamborghini Huracan Super Trofeo decked out in Tilley's familiar red and yellow colour scheme.

 

The combination of Tilley and Tregurtha is a winning one from past experience together in GT Cup down the years. Most famously in 2020, the duo braved changeable weather conditions at Brands Hatch to snatch their first overall victory at the wheel of Tilley's nostalgic 'Godzilla' Nissan GT-R.

 

Former Ginetta GT Supercup racer Tilley last raced with us in 2023 after switching to Mercedes machinery for two seasons, claiming more group GTO spoils with the likes of Tregurtha and Sennan Fielding. The 73-year-old made sporadic motorsport appearances with an LMP3 car last year, but is eager to get back to the thrills of GT racing.

The new six-event campaign begins at Donington Park over 29/30 March. There is also an exclusive test day to be held at the same circuit in Leicestershire on Thursday 13 March.
