GT Cup Championship welcomes EBC Brakes Racing as official partner for 2026
The GT Cup Championship is proud to welcome EBC Brakes Racing as an official partner ahead of what is set to be a thrilling 2026 season.
The brand holds experience not only as a series partner in the past, but also with existing teams gracing the current grid that will further benefit from working closely once again with the company during our latest six-event calendar.
Since the 1980s, EBC Brakes has forged a leading reputation in brake technology, quality control, product performance and customer service, producing the largest range of brake pads and brake discs in the world with over 60,000 part numbers for every type of moving vehicle.
EBC Brakes has a flourished history in motorsport meanwhile, curated in the early 80s through success in motorcycle racing before expanding its expertise into today's automotive track and rally competition in similar style.
Stefan Goddard, Race Technical Manager at EBC Brakes commented: “We are pleased to be supporting GT Cup this season and are looking forward to further showcasing our established motorsport range.
"With existing partnerships already in place across the grid, we look forward to supporting additional teams and drivers with our experience and expertise. This partnership aligns perfectly with our ethos, and we are excited for the season ahead.”
The brand will be more visible to viewers and competitors alike across the new season, with the EBC Brakes Racing logo adorning the number boards that accompany the doors for each car on the '26 GT Cup grid.
Hannah James, Championship Director, added: "I'm delighted to welcome EBC Brakes as an official partner for the new GT Cup season. Ourselves and our competitors have a good working relationship with the company as an industry leader, so this is a deal that will only benefit all parties for what we can see is shaping up to be a very exciting season already."
The new GT Cup Championship season kicks off at Donington Park on 11/12 April with the first three races, including the eagerly-anticipated first GT Cup 100 round of the campaign.
