27-07-20 URGENT: 2020 Radio Safeguarding Procedure for Donington
A REMINDER TO ALL GT CUP TEAMS/COMPETITORS
All radio frequencies in use at Donington Park have to be vetted in a safeguarding procedure with East Midlands Airport. The attached form needs to be filled in and sent to Daniel Cox at MRCT. if this is not done there is a risk that you may not be able to use your radios at the event.
Find attached a template of the frequency form that you will need to submit, in advance of the events we have at Donington Park:
Submission deadlines……
- Friday 7th August, for the event taking place 12-13th September
- Friday 18th September, for the event taking place 24-25th October
