Important Notes
- Timetable, groups, and timings are subject to change.
- If your vehicle experiences issues on track, pull onto the grass immediately and wait for marshal instructions.
- Significant delays may occur if oil is dropped on the circuit.
Circuit Access Details
Access via the Main Entrance (Melbourne Road, DE74 2BN):
Wednesday 26th March
Garage Access: from 18:00
Paddock Access: from 18:00
Thursday 27th March
Garage & Paddock Access: from 06:00
Signing On & Registration
- All drivers must complete online registration prior to arrival:
Register Here - Each driver must register individually. If the driver is under 17, a parent/guardian must complete it.
- On the day:
- Venue gates open at 06:00
- Wristband collection and licence check begins at 07:30 from Garage 39 Reception
- If you’re booked for the afternoon-only session, signing on will be available after morning sessions end
- Garage 39 Restaurant will be open for hot and cold food
- Garages must be vacated no later than 30 minutes after testing ends
Key Reminders & Safety Notes
- Maintain minimal vehicle movement around the venue
- Observe the 10mph venue speed limit
- Drivers aged 14 or 15 are not permitted to take part
- Instructors (Grade A or S ARDS) may ride as passengers free of charge; however, an additional driver fee applies if they are driving
- In the event of a mechanical failure, do not attempt to return to the pits – pull off safely and await recovery
- FHR (Frontal Head Restraint) devices are mandatory per Motorsport UK regulations unless exempt
- Only one 25-litre metal fuel container (full or empty) is allowed per garage.
Empty containers must not be stored inside garages.
