Morning Sessions
Closed Wheel – 09:15 to 09:45
Open Wheel & Radical – 09:50 to 10:20
GT Cup – 10:25 to 10:55
Closed Wheel – 11:00 to 11:30
Open Wheel & Radical – 11:35 to 12:05
GT Cup – 12:10 to 12:40

Lunch Break – 12:40 to 13:30


Afternoon Sessions

Closed Wheel – 13:30 to 14:00
Open Wheel & Radical – 14:05 to 14:35
GT Cup – 14:40 to 15:10
Closed Wheel – 15:15 to 15:45
Open Wheel & Radical – 15:50 to 16:20
GT Cup – 16:25 to 16:55


Important Notes

  • Timetable, groups, and timings are subject to change.
  • If your vehicle experiences issues on track, pull onto the grass immediately and wait for marshal instructions.
  • Significant delays may occur if oil is dropped on the circuit.

Access via the Main Entrance (Melbourne Road, DE74 2BN):


Wednesday 26th March

Paddock Access: from 18:00

 

Thursday 27th March

Garage & Paddock Access: from 06:00

 

Signing On & Registration

  • All drivers must complete online registration prior to arrival:
    Register Here
  • Each driver must register individually. If the driver is under 17, a parent/guardian must complete it.
  • On the day:
  • Venue gates open at 06:00
  • Wristband collection and licence check begins at 07:30 from Garage 39 Reception
  • If you’re booked for the afternoon-only session, signing on will be available after morning sessions end
  • Garage 39 Restaurant will be open for hot and cold food
  • Garages must be vacated no later than 30 minutes after testing ends

Key Reminders & Safety Notes

  • Maintain minimal vehicle movement around the venue
  • Observe the 10mph venue speed limit
  • Drivers aged 14 or 15 are not permitted to take part
  • Instructors (Grade A or S ARDS) may ride as passengers free of charge; however, an additional driver fee applies if they are driving
  • In the event of a mechanical failure, do not attempt to return to the pits – pull off safely and await recovery
  • FHR (Frontal Head Restraint) devices are mandatory per Motorsport UK regulations unless exempt
  • Only one 25-litre metal fuel container (full or empty) is allowed per garage.
    Empty containers must not be stored inside garages.
