Base Performance Simulators
Do you need some time in a simulator before you hit the track again? We’ve teamed up with Base Performance Simulators (BPS) and we have TWO special offers for you.
To help everyone get back on track post-lockdown, BPS has a very special double-time offer. Book a session at BPS in January or February and the team will double your session time for FREE!
Then from March onwards, we have negotiated an exclusive 15% discount for the remainder of 2021. All you need to do is quote “Bute Motorsport” when you book. Bookings can be made directly with BPS on 01295 276611 or bookings@baseperformance.net.
The Base Performance Simulators
BPS is one of the world’s leading simulation companies, led by three-time Le Mans winning Aston Martin
factory driver, Darren Turner. Situated just two miles from Junction 11 of the M40, BPS offers both singleseater
and GT driver training simulators.
The BPS GT simulator is the perfect choice for GT drivers. Utilising a real GT chassis, it provides not only a more immersive experience but a more comfortable environment for drivers. Equipped with two seats, driver coaches or engineers have the option to coach drivers from inside the car to make sure they make the most of every lap.
After a run guests can relocate to the BPS GT control room to complete their data analysis. In order to ensure that clients get the most out of a session, BPS can arrange GT specialist engineers and driver coaches for those who don’t bring their own.
BPS is constantly developing all of its car models to make sure they are the most accurate in the field. The GT sim itself has just been updated to include a full Cosworth dash.
BPS also offers a single-seater simulator, which like the GT sim has six-metre wraparound screen, creating a fully immersive driving environment. Whilst seated in the cockpit you will be surrounded by high resolution graphics from floor-to-ceiling, while professional quality speakers deliver realistic sound.
The BPS single-seater simulator boasts a Moog motion platform. Moving with six degrees of freedom, the simulator provides physical cues to enhance the immersive experience, providing realistic feedback.
