MSVR

MotorSport Vision Racing (MSVR) is the race and event organising division of the MSV Group, which also owns and operates six of the UK's best motorsport venues - Brands Hatch, Donington Park, Oulton Park, Snetterton, Cadwell Park and Bedford Autodrome. MSVR's two-wheel division also operates the MCE Insurance British Superbike Championship, the UK's most successful motor racing championship.

MSVR, which celebrates ten years of competition in 2016, is considered one of the most important and respected racing organisations in the UK. The club prides itself on offering the highest levels of efficiency, value and enjoyment for its competitors.

Having run its first meeting in March 2006, MSVR has successfully organised prestigious international events such as DTM, A1 Grand Prix, FIA Formula Two and World Touring Cars in addition to a number of club-level events, and is still the fastest growing race meeting organiser in the country.

MSVR's portfolio of race series expanded for 2008 to include the organisation of the British Superbike Championship, the world's premier national bike championship.

MSVR continued to organise the British Superbike Championship in 2009 as well as the Formula Palmer Audi Championship, the Lotus on Track Elise Trophy, the SPEED series and GT Cup. The Production BMW Championship and Toyo Tires Racing Saloons also joined MSVR in 2009.

2010 was the most successful season so far and saw MSVR organising nearly 40 events across the UK, at venues like Silverstone and Thruxton in addition to the four MSV circuits. MSVR's portfolio increased even further with the addition of the Trofeo Abarth 500 GB Championship, GT Trophy, Golf GTI Championship, V.A.G. Trophy, Champion of Brands and Heritage GTCC, plus Monoposto as a guest championship.

2011 saw the MSVR portfolio increase even further with the addition of the Radical Clubman's Cup, Radical UK Cup (later SR3 Challenge) and MINI Challenge to an already impressive championship portfolio. MSVR worked closely with the LoTRDC in creating the new for 2011 Lotus Cup UK which ran as a championship in 2011 and had manufacturer backing from Lotus Cars. MSVR also promoted and organised the new F3 Cup series.

2012 proved to be another busy year with more than 30 meetings located across the UK's premier circuits. MSVR championships and series also featured prominently in national media, with bumper grids all year. F3 Cup was also granted championship status in this year.

2013 was a landmark year. The club continued to attract new championships and series, with threee newly formed outfits joining its portfolio in 2013: Atom Cup, Radical SR1 Cup and the pioneering BRDC Formula 4 Championship. MSVR operated more than 35 race meetings and also oversaw the track activities at CarFest North, the event organised by Radio 2 DJ Chris Evans in aid of BBC Children in Need at MSV's Oulton Park circuit.

2014 promised even more as MSVR entered its ninth season. The Lotus Cup UK Speed Championship added a new string to the bow, with the Blancpain GT Sprint Series' visit to Brands Hatch arguably the highlight of the year. Also at the Kent circuit, the American SpeedFest event returned, bigger and better, after a fantastic debut in 2013. The incredibly popular Mini Festival at Brands Hatch spauned a northern cousin in the shape of the Oulton Park Mini Festival on 12 July. August saw MSVR looking after track activity at CarFest South at Laverstoke Farm, in addition to CarFest North again, and September saw a welcome return (after a near decade-long absence) for the Brands Hatch Festival of Porsche.

2015 started with an historical announcement for the club: MSVR was appointed as the sporting club responsible for the 2015 FIA Formula E London ePrix, held in Battersea Park. This halo event rested on a packed 2015 race calendar, with the usual  mix of top-class national motorsport interspersed with international-grade highlights, including the Blancpain GT Sprint Series' return to Brands Hatch, SpeedFest III and the CarFest events.

2017 couldn't be a better time to come racing with MSVR - be sure to take a look at our championships' pages for more information. The full event calendar is available here. We look forward to seeing you on the grid!
